Mayor/Administration
Department of Administration, headed by the Mayor as Chief Executive of the City of Alma and Chief Operating Officer, coordinates activities of various departments to provide a clean, safe, and well-managed city in which to reside. City Administration is responsible for implementing policies established by Common Council.
